You can update your credit card information in the Settings tab of the Tovala App or in the Account section of the website by following the steps below.
You will need to add your new payment method first before you can delete the old payment method. Set your new card as the default method so it will be used for your meal order.
In the app
- Go to the "Settings" tab.
- Tap "Meal Plan".
- Tap "Payment Method".
- Tap on the "+" icon in the top right corner.
- Enter your new payment information.
- Save Card.
- Make your new card the default.
On tovala.com
- Log in to tovala.com/account.
- Go to the "Account" tab.
- Click on "Payment" on the left side menu.
- Enter your new payment information.
- Save Payment.
- Make your new card the default.
NOTE: If you purchased your oven at a discount with a promotional commitment to order 6 separate meal deliveries within 6 months, you cannot delete a payment method until you have fulfilled the 6 meal orders. You can add a new payment method and set that as the default so it is used for meal orders, but card deletion is not available until the commitment is met.
