Tovala ovens, when purchased through Tovala or an authorized 3rd party retailer, have a 1-year exchange warranty from the date of purchase.
If you’re having trouble with your oven, please reach out to our Support Team via live chat at tovala.com so that we can help you troubleshoot the issue and process an exchange if necessary. Please contact us via chat when you are near the oven and have a few minutes to work with an agent.
In order to troubleshoot, please have the following information available:
- Oven serial number (located on the back of the oven, starting with the letters TOVMN),
- E-mail address associated with your Tovala account
- Brief description of the problem. If you’re reaching out about a noise or visual defect, please take a picture or video.
- If you purchased your oven through a third party, please also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase to confirm that you are within your warranty period.
