If you think the protein for one of your meals is missing, follow these steps:
- Check if your vacuum-sealed protein is under another meal box or under the ice packs in your delivery box. Proteins may shift sometimes during transit.
- Check if the protein for your meal is in a tray within the individual meal box.
- Some meals with ground beef, pulled pork, or shredded chicken are packaged with the protein sealed in a tray and don't have a separate vacuum-sealed protein.

- If you think you received the wrong protein (ex: you ordered chicken but received a pork chop), check your order history in the app or in your tracking email to confirm what protein options and meals you ordered and compare that to what you received in your meal box.
- If your protein is still missing or wrong, contact our Customer Support team for help.
