Ready to get meals back on your schedule? Whether you’ve canceled your plan or paused it, you can restart or resume deliveries in just a few steps.
Restarting a canceled meal plan
If you’ve previously canceled your meal plan, you can reactivate it at any time:
- Log in to your account on the Tovala app or at my.tovala.com
- Go to Settings
- Select Meal Plan
- Click Reactivate Plan
- On my.tovala.com in a web browser, go to Account > Meal Plan > Sign Up
Once reactivated, your meal plan will resume immediately. A meal order will process at the next deadline.
Resuming a paused meal plan early
If your meal plan is currently paused and you’d like to start deliveries sooner:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Meal Plan
- Click Delivery Settings
- Choose Resume Deliveries
Your deliveries will resume immediately. A meal order will process at the next deadline.
Before your next delivery
To ensure everything goes smoothly, we recommend reviewing the following:
- Confirm your shipping address is up to date
- Confirm your payment information is current
- Confirm your delivery day works for your schedule
- Make your meal selections before the weekly deadline
Important deadline reminder
Meal orders process each Wednesday at 6 PM CST for delivery the following week.
Be sure to make any changes, resume deliveries, or select your meals before this cutoff to avoid missing a delivery.
