If your package is unfortunately delayed, that does not mean your meals aren't safe to enjoy. As long as the ice packs are at least half frozen, those meals are safe to consume. If your ice packs are more than half melted, reach out to our customer support team for help. Please include pictures of the ice packs.
When your meals ship we'll send you an email with a tracking link where you can monitor the progress of your shipment. You can also access your delivery's tracking link from the "Past Orders" section of the Tovala app. If one of our shipping carriers notifies us of a delay we'll email you with an update.
