Tovala Meals arrive the week after you order them between Monday-Friday. Your specific delivery day will depend on where you live and will be consistent week to week (i.e. always on Tuesdays).
We offer a choice between two weekly meal delivery days for many customers. Depending on your zip code, you will either be able to choose between Tuesday or Thursday deliveries, or Wednesday or Friday deliveries.
