Each week we offer a variety of meals designed for specific diets like GLP-1 or Mediterranean and general preferences like Calorie Smart or High Protein. We offer menu filters so you can easily find the meals that work for you.
You can currently filter our menu across the following Dietary Preferences:
- Calorie Smart - Meals that are 600 calories or less
- Carb Conscious - Meals with 35g of carbs or less
- GLP-1 Balanced - Meals with at least 35g protein and 3g fiber, 700 calories or less
- Gluten Friendly - Meals with no gluten-containing ingredients
- High Protein - Meals with at least 35g protein
- Lower Sodium - Meals with under 1,000mg sodium
- Mediterranean Diet - Meals compatible with the the mediterranean diet
- Vegetarian - Meals with no meat, fish, or poultry
Before you sign up, you can explore our menu here and click on the filter buttons to see what meals each week match your preferences.
Once you start with Tovala you can filter the weekly menu by clicking on the filter icon in the top right corner and selecting the filters you want. Your filter choices will persist across each week's menu until you change them.
