If you are having issues accessing your account or you can't remember your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Go to your Tovala mobile app or visit my.tovala.com
- Look for the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. If you don't see it, you can go directly to our forgot password page here
- Enter your email address and click the Reset Password button and you should receive instructions to your email address to reset your password
Tip: Make sure to enter your email address correctly and to check that it's the address you used to make your account. Also be sure to check your spam folder for the password reset email!
