Changing your delivery day for all weeks
In the app
- Go to the "Settings" tab.
- Tap "Meal Plan".
- Tap "Manage Deliveries"
- Change the delivery day.
On tovala.com
- Log in to tovala.com.
- Go to the "Account" tab.
- In the "Meal Plan" section, click the "Edit plan" button.
- Change the delivery day.
- This will change your delivery day for all future orders that do not already have meal selections moving forward. If you have already saved selections for an upcoming week, you will need to update the delivery day for that week individually as well.
Changing your delivery day for one week only
In the app
- Go to the "Order" tab.
- Tap on the week you'd like to change.
- If you haven't selected meals yet:
- Tap "Skip/Adjust" and change the delivery day for that week.
- If you've already started selecting meals:
- Tap “Order Summary," then tap “Skip/Adjust” and change the delivery day for that week.
On tovala.com
- Log in to tovala.com.
- Under the "My Orders" tab, scroll to the week you'd like to change.
- Click " “Select Meals” to view the menu.
- Click “Skip/Update” at the top of the menu screen.
- Change the delivery day for that week.
Can I split my Tovala Meals across delivery days? (i.e. 6 meals on one day and 6 meals on the other)
Not at the moment.
