For all Tovala Ovens purchased directly from Tovala through tovala.com and the Tovala App, we offer a 100-day return policy. Your oven may be returned within 100 days of purchase.
This policy does not apply to any orders purchased through other authorized retailers. If you purchased your Tovala Oven from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly to return your oven.
If you wish to return your Tovala Oven, we will ask for your full name, address, phone, last four digits of the credit card your purchased the oven with, why you’d like to return your oven, and any additional feedback you’d like to share with us.
If you are returning your oven within this 100-day return window, your oven must be returned in original, working condition to receive a full refund. You can initiate the return process by emailing Tovala Customer Support at support@tovala.com or live chatting with Customer Support at tovala.com.
Note: We will honor a 180-day return window only for Tovala Ovens purchased from tovala.com and the Tovala App prior to 12 p.m. CT on May 1, 2019.
