For all Tovala Smart Ovens purchased directly from Tovala through tovala.com, we offer a 100-day return policy with free return shipping. Your oven may be returned within 100 days of purchase.
This policy does not apply to any orders purchased through other authorized retailers. If you purchased your Tovala Smart Oven from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly to return your oven.
For example: If you bought your oven on Amazon, then you should manage your return through Amazon as well.
If you purchased your oven with a meal commitment and would like to return your oven before you have completed your meal commitment, the commitment will be removed from your Tovala account when the returned oven is received by Tovala.
How do I return an oven I bought directly from Tovala?
If you are returning your oven within the 100-day return window, your oven must be returned in original, working condition to receive a full refund. Tovala will cover the cost of return shipping on your oven.
You can start the return process by submitting a help request at the link HERE. Select "Oven Return Request" and continue with filling out the requested information.
You can also contact Tovala Customer Support for an oven return by emailing support@tovala.com or using the live messaging feature in the Tovala app Support tab.
During the return process, we will ask for your full name, address, phone, last four digits of the credit card you purchased the oven with, why you’d like to return your oven, and any additional feedback you’d like to share with us.
