Having trouble connecting your Tovala Smart Oven to WiFi? Try these troubleshooting tips.

- If you already connected your oven and you're now trying to connect your existing oven to a new WiFi network, follow this guide.
- Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the Tovala App. Try turning your phone off and back on again.
- Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and the Tovala App has permission to access it. Try turning Bluetooth off and on again.
- On Android phones, enable Location and allow the Tovala App to access Location.
- Make sure you selected the right WiFi network and entered your WiFi network's password correctly. Typos happen to the best of us!
- Make sure you're within Bluetooth range of your oven. Being within a few feet of your oven is best.
- Reset your oven. Unplug your oven, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in again.
