- 8-inch pie tin
- Measuring cups
- 8 oz cheese tortellini (make sure it's fresh, not frozen)
- 12 oz marinara sauce (Chef recommends Rao's)
- Gather your cooking tools and ingredients.
- Lay tortellini out in pie tin.
- Pour marinara sauce into pie tin.
- Place in oven and cook. Use this Cook Cycle:
- Steam at 450 degrees for 1:30
- Bake at 425 degrees for 14:00
- Place pasta in a bowl and, if desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of pasta to taste.
