To skip a week of meals in the Tovala App, go to the Order tab and select the week you would like to skip. In the top right corner of that week’s menu, choose "Skip/Adjust" then "Skip Delivery". You can skip up to 5 weeks in advance.
If a week has been skipped, it will be marked as "X Skipped" in the Order tab view
When you skip a week, Tovala will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email it means your skip was not processed. Go back to the app and double check on the Orders tab that your intended week is skipped. Reach out to Customer Support with any questions.
If you want to pause or cancel, and are not in a meal commitment, go into Settings and select "Meal Plan" then "Delivery Settings" to see your options.
When do I have to skip, pause, or cancel by?

If you don't want to receive meals for a week, you must skip, pause, or cancel by the usual weekly order deadline of Wednesday at 6 p.m. CT the WEEK BEFORE the order is scheduled to deliver.
- For example, if you cancel your meal plan on Thursday morning after the Wednesday at 6pm CT order deadline, you will still get meals the next week because the order deadline has passed. The cancellation will take effect for the following week's delivery.
