Incorrect Password:
Approximately 90% of our customers find that the incorrect network password is the issue. Please take a moment to double or triple-check this information.
Where to find your password through your phone

Distance from Router:
Sometimes, the initial setup requires the oven to be closer to the main router. Once connected, it can be unplugged and placed in a permanent location as long as the signal reaches it. (The oven will retain the WIFI credentials even after being unplugged.)

Oven firmware needs updating
In rare cases (around 2%), updating the oven's firmware is necessary. This can be achieved by connecting to a mobile hotspot and resyncing the oven to your router once the oven updates.
