If your meals arrive and you notice that one of your proteins is not fully sealed or is damaged, please do not eat it. We cannot guarantee the quality of meals that arrive unsealed, and your safety is our first priority.

Note: If your protein has moisture on the outside but the seal is still intact, it is likely condensation from the ice packs. Vacuum sealed proteins are placed on the gel pack in your delivery box. As the ice starts to melt, condensation appears on the outside of the gel pack and that moisture can get on the outside of packaged proteins.
