If it's before the order deadline, your meals haven't been processed yet. You can make any changes to your meal selection yourself in the Tovala App or by logging in to tovala.com.
Between 6 p.m. CT Wednesday and 11 a.m. CT Thursday
Under special circumstances, you can submit a request to change your meal order after orders are processed. We will do our best to honor any and all meal order change requests, but we can't guarantee changes. Change allowance will be based on availability.
How to request a change to your meal order:
- Determine the exact meals (including the side dish) you would like to receive.
- Note: Once an order is processed, you will need to go look at the previous week's menu to see your meal choices. Go to tovala.com/menu (without logging in), then select the back arrow in the top left corner to view the previous week.

- Contact Tovala Support by emailing support@tovala.com within the allotted window (before 11 a.m. CT on Thursday) and share with the agent your desired meals. Please provide the ENTIRE order using the full meal names including the side dishes. That way we can ensure we are submitting the change request correctly.
After 11 a.m. CT Thursday
Our support team is unable to cancel or change meal orders for the current week's order if contacted AFTER Thursday at 11 a.m. CT.
For the best experience, please select your meals each Wednesday by 6 p.m. CT for the following week's delivery. Please contact Tovala Support with any questions.
