Meal Order Change Requests
Meal order change requests can be submitted in special circumstances for a short time after orders are processed between 6 PM CT Wednesday but BEFORE Thursday at 3 PM CT.
Meal Order Change Request Process:
- Determine the exact meals (including the side dish) you would like to receive and provide this information to Tovala Support when requesting meal order change.
*Note: Once an order is processed you will need to go look at the previous week's menu to see your meal choices.
Go to Tovala.com-->Explore Menu--->Select orange back arrow "Previous Week"
- Contact Tovala Support within the allotted window of 6 PM CT Wednesday but BEFORE Thursday at 3 PM CT and share with the agent your desired Meal Box. Please provide the ENTIRE order using the full meal names including the side dishes. That way we can ensure we are submitting the change request correctly.
- Tovala Support is unable to cancel or change meal orders for the current week's order if contacted AFTER Thursday at 3 PM CT.
- We will do our best to honor any and all meal order change requests but we can't guarantee changes. Change allowance will be based on availability.
- For the best experience, please select your meals each Wednesday by 6 pm CST for the following week's delivery. Please contact Tovala Support with any questions.
