What do I do if my Tovala Meals arrive late due to a delivery delay?
- If your delivery is delayed, don’t worry — your meals may still be safe to enjoy. As long as the ice packs are at least half frozen, the meals are safe to eat. However, if the ice packs are mostly melted, please reach out to us and include a photo of the melted ice packs so we can assist you further.

What if my delivery is 3 or more days late?
- If your delivery is 3 or more days late, we cannot guarantee food safety. Please do not consume those meals, discard that shipment when it arrives, and reach out to support@tovala.com so we can make it right.
What happens if my Tovala Meals didn't arrive at all or are missing?
- In the unfortunate event that your Tovala Meals are misdelivered, not delivered at all, or are stolen, please reach out and contact us at support@tovala.com so we can look into the situation and compensate if necessary.
