I want to cancel my meal order, am I able to do that?
Yes, in special circumstances for a short time after orders are processed we are able to cancel your most current meal box order.
- Meal Box Cancellation Request: we can only guarantee your order is canceled and refunded if you contact Tovala Support by chatting with us or emailing at support@tovala.com immediately after the current week's order is processed between 6 PM CT Wednesday but BEFORE Thursday at 12 PM CT.
- Tovala Support is unable to cancel or change meal orders for the current week's order if contacted AFTER Thursday at 12 PM CT.
- For the best experience, please select your meals each Wednesday by 6 pm CST for the following week's delivery. Please contact Tovala Support with any questions.
Please note you can always freeze your meals if you just received a shipment that you won't be able to enjoy before the "Best Before" date. When you're ready to eat the frozen meals, just place the meal in the fridge the day before eating to thaw the meal.
