How long do Tovala Meals stay fresh?
- This will vary from meal to meal, based on its ingredients. Each meal’s “Enjoy Before” date is available on the bottom of the meal card that comes in the box with each individual meal, and on the plastic on top of the trays. All meals will last between 2-7 days after delivery.

The last day a meal can be safely enjoyed is the day BEFORE its "Enjoy Before" date.
Can I freeze Tovala Meals?
- You can. However, Tovala Meals’ fresh ingredients are at their best and most delicious when stored in the fridge. If you aren’t able to finish them before their “Enjoy Before” date, you can freeze them before that date hits. Just thaw them completely before cooking.
