I want to return my oven, but I have a meal commitment. How does this work?
If you decide the oven isn't right for you after purchasing it with a meal commitment, you can return your oven, no questions asked, for 180 days after purchase. We'll pay for the cost of return shipping.
We won’t charge you for any meals you have left to fulfill in your meal commitment.
To return your oven, contact Customer Support and request a return. We'll guide you through the process.
I have a meal commitment, but I want to cancel my meal plan/stop receiving meals indefinitely and still keep my oven. What do I do?
If you have a meal commitment but discover the meals aren't right for you and really need to cancel your meal plan, please contact Customer Support.
In special cases, we will remove you from your meal commitment if you pay the $100 difference between the regular oven price ($299) and the cost of the oven with the meal commitment ($199).
