I want to return my oven, but "Eat well, save $100" promotion and have to order 100 meals over 12 months. How does returning work for me?
If you decide the oven isn't right for you after purchasing it with the "Eat well, save $100" promotion, you can return your oven, no questions asked, for 100 days after purchase. We'll pay for the cost of return shipping.
We won’t charge you for any meals you have left to fulfill in your 100-meal commitment.
To return your oven, contact Customer Support and request a return. We'll guide you through the process. (Note: We will honor a 180-day return window only for Tovala Ovens purchased from tovala.com and the Tovala App prior to 12 p.m. CT on May 1, 2019.)
I ordered the oven with the "Eat well, save $100" promotion, but I want to cancel my meal plan/stop receiving meals indefinitely and still keep my oven. What do I do?
If you ordered with the "Eat well, save $100" promotion and have to order 100 meals over 12 months but discover the meals aren't right for you and really need to cancel your meal plan, please contact Customer Support.
In special cases, we will remove you from your meal commitment if you pay the $100 difference between the regular oven price ($349) and the cost of the oven with the meal commitment ($249).
