If you ordered an oven for $249 with the "Eat well, save $100" promotion, you've agreed to ordering 100 meals over 12 months.
You can see the number of meals you have left to buy in order to fulfill your 100 meals in two places: in your Tovala account on the web and in the Tovala App.
- At https://tovala.com/account, log into your account and then click on "Account" in the upper righthand corner. Above your shipping address, you'll see "Meals Fulfilled" and how many meals you've purchased toward the fulfillment of your 100 meals and the date which marks when you have to order 100 meals by.
- In the Tovala App, go to Settings > Meal Plan and then you'll see "Meals Fulfilled" as a section below "Meal Credits". You'll be able to see how many meals you've purchased toward the fulfillment of your 100 meals and the date which marks when you have to order 100 meals by.
If you are getting close to the end of your 12 months and haven't satisfied the commitment but are still ordering meals and would like an additional month or 2 extension, please contact email@example.com to see if you qualify for the extension.
